TZONE (11 Line)

A perfect "10." The SARGENT 10 Line is a heavy duty cylindrical key-in-lever handle lockset exceeds by five times the ANSI 156.2 Series 4000 Grade 1 standards. At over 4 million cycles, the 10 Line beats the competitor by 30%. As for abusive force, this lock endures more than two times the standard without allowing entry. The 10 line trim is designed to conform to national and state fire and handicapped requirements.

GRADE 1 Hardware

Best overall lock in the Grade 2 class.
Standard duty lock designed for interior and exterior applications in public buildings, medical offices, hotels/motels and government facilities. Exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.2 standards for cycling.

GRADE 2 Hardware

A high grade cylindrical deadbolt which meets ANSI A156.5 Grade 1 requirements.

* Fits 1-3/8" (35 mm) to 1-3/4" (44 mm) thick standard; For doors over 1-3/4" (44 mm) consult factory (2-1/4" Thick door max)
* Door Prep: Fits 161 (standard) cut outs and Fits 160 with 2-3/8" backset with 1" front and for 1-3/8" think door
* Backsets: 2-3/4" (70 mm) standard. 2-3/8" (60 mm) available (20 prefix)
* Strike: Wrought brass, bronze or stainless steel
* Bolt: Solid steel with hardened steel pin insert and nickel silver plating; 7/8" (22 mm) x 5/8" (16 mm) throw
* Cylinder: Brass, 6 pin. 2 nickel silver keys
* Masterkeying: Can be masterkeyed. Construction key system available
* Specification: Meets ANSI A156.5 Grade 1 requirements with 408 or 488 strike

* Door Prep: 1-1/2" dia. (38 mm) hole standard for all functions; 2-1/8" dia. hole (161 door prep) for 474 and 475 only with adapter ring provided
* Backsets: 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" adjustable backset
* Strike: 406 Strike standard. Alternates available
* Bolt: Brass with hardened steel pin; 5/8" (16 mm) x 13/16" (21 mm) x 1" (25 mm) throw

* Cylinder: Brass 6 pin 2 keys per lock
* Cylinder ring: 97 furnished standard, 1 KB rosette available on order
* Case: Heavy wrought steel; .093 thick, protected with a zinc dichromate finish
